Shailesh Gupta has been with PropShop24 for the last six months and in that time he’s been brewing up a storm in our warehouse! As part of our Warehouse Operations team, he’s the one that makes sure our products coming in and heading out are looked after. Apart from that, he’s a down-to-Earth type of guy, who spends every free minute he gets with his kid.

Let’s read on to find out more about Shailesh.

Team PropShop24: What exactly do you do at PropShop24 and what do you enjoy the most about this job role?
Shailesh Gupta: I have been working at PropShop24 for the last 6 months. I handle Warehouse Operations, which is basically being responsible for inward and outward bound products, keeping inventory and working with the team. Working with PropShop24 gave me an opportunity to work alongside some brilliant minds in the industry, where we work for a common goal.

TPS24: What has been the most priceless gift anyone has given you?
SG: A close friend of mine, Rohit Anand gifted me an iPhone for my birthday. It is priceless for me because I’ve never used an iPhone before and it was always on my wishlist to own one someday.

TPS24: Name a celebrity/role model who you’d like to trade lives with for a day?
SG: Dwayne Johnson aka the Rock because of his fitness level, his lifestyle and his fame. Plus, he is such an amazing motivational figure.

TPS24: What is your all-time favourite movie, that you can watch over and over again?
SG: All the parts of the Rocky series because I really admire his “never give up attitude.”

TPS24: What is your favourite song to listen to on your commute to work and why?
SG: I love listening to soft Bollywood songs filled with meaningful and passionate lyrics. Currently, I’ve been listening to Agar Tum Sath Ho from Tamasha and Nadaan Parindey from Rockstar.

TPS24: If you had some free time right now, what would be the first thing you do and why?
SG: I would like to spend as much time as possible with my child. Due to my busy schedule, I don’t usually get enough time with him. When I wake up, he is in school and when I come home he is off to sleep. I would like to change this.

TPS24: What are your favourite PropShop24 products that you love to gift.
SG: I would love to gift this drinking game as it’s always fun to play a game and drink a shot even when you lose.

TPS24: If you could change one thing about your life right now, what would it be and why?
SG: I want to upgrade to a better vehicle. I would like to switch from a two-wheeler to a four-wheeler. I would love to get a Manhindra Scorpio, the 2018 model, with or without the new upgrades every year, it’s been my dream car since 2010. It fits in my budget and fits with my family’s vibe.

TPS24: What’s your favourite post clubbing food?
SG: My favourite would have to be any Mughlai kebabs and delicious rolls or wraps.

TPS24: If you had to pick one spot for a vacation, where would it be and why?
SG: I would really like to go to the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and try out scuba diving there.
